Purpose of the job
To sell advertising space across all print and digital products across Customer Strategy and Call Centre Focus as well as stands & sponsorship for Call Centre and Customer Management Expo to ensure that revenue forecasts are achieved and exceeded where possible.

Customer Strategy  is a leading business-to-business website providing a one stop information resource and fully interactive forum for all involved in customer engagement. It is produced for senior customer service professionals and covers all areas of customer interaction.
 
Call Centre Focus is a leading bi-monthly business-to-business title in the call and contact centre industry, covering every aspect of the market place with a focus on people, technology and strategy.
 
Call Centre & Customer Management Expo was launched in 1999 and is the UK’s largest call centre industry event with a total revenue of £1.5 million. It is the only event of its type in the market and a very strong product.
The CCF Conference is a call centre and customer management conference running alongside Call Centre and Customer Management Expo – sponsorship of which is covered in this role.
 
Candidate profile
Ideally the candidate will come from a publishing back ground. Using a DIPADA format the candidate should be able to show strong relationship and account management skills from the outset, as they will be in charge of growing and developing their own client base. Keen, driven and hungry for success they will show a dynamic character, be able to find and develop new business as well as manage existing relationships.
