Job summary/purpose:
• The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for print revenue across ROP, features and supplements.
• RSM will be responsible for the regional areas : The East of England, Wales, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcs, Warwickshire, Berkshire as well as London and some Key clients across the capital. (Please note that the patch is subject to amendment)

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted revenue across designated patch.
• Deliver targeted market share and yield levels across portfolio.
• Work with Ad Director on a CRM and planning model that enables each client in the patch to be handled in the most efficient manner possible.  This planning model should ensure that the patch can be efficiently run should the RSM be absent.
• Develop a genuine understanding of the market throughout the UK, while paying particular attention to current affairs and property news within the region.
• Ensure that all commentary from the market is fed back to the Ad Director.
• Be responsible for setting up any commercial-led client events that improve the PW position in the region.
• Ensure that all client and meeting information is inputted into ASOP.
• Ensure that all forecasting information is as accurate as possible.
• Liaise with all other internal departments when needed

 

Measurement indicators:
• Regional patch achieving revenue, share and yield targets.
• Clearly defined and workable CRM and planning strategy so that all PW clients spend is maximised and client needs are catered for.
• Weekly 121’s with Ad Director to monitor and direct performance.
• 6 monthly ADR’s
