Editor – Service Management
The Service Management portfolio delivers a mix of media products that serve the differing information and marketing requirements of the field service management community.

The bi-monthly magazine (Service Management) is also supported by a bi-monthly digital publication and fortnightly e-newsletter, while the annual exhibition and conference (Service Management Expo) is complemented by an online exhibition and information resource, (www.ServiceManagement365.com). The tripod offering has secured Service Management’s position at the heart of the field service industry and cemented our reputation as the first (and only) dedicated media choice for service managers and vendors alike.

As the leading journal for the UK field service and service management market, Service Management magazine delivers information, ideas and intelligence to senior industry professionals - and has done for over 25 years. Each issue combines a range of feature articles offering in-depth analysis and solutions for today's service management challenges while the news section keeps readers up-to-date with developments in all aspects of service management.

In addition to six regular issues throughout the year, Service Management publishes a comprehensive annual Buyer’s Guide presenting exclusive industry research, produces a range of specialist supplements, conducts a number of in-depth research studies and hosts a series of focussed thought leadership events.

Held at the Birmingham NEC, Service Management Expo is the flagship event for the field service industry, attracting 100 exhibiting companies and over 2,000 visitors. The conference level seminar programme delivers over 25 hours of top-level insight, analysis and operational expertise from leading practitioners and experienced industry experts.
